Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0–1 business day of purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

BOGG BAG is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
